Description

You will design, develop, and maintain production services for Netskope, leading technical initiatives to build scalable systems and mentor engineers. You'll shape infrastructure and product strategies in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 12+ years designing, building, and managing complex computing systems
• 1-2 years as Sr Staff Software Engineer or Lead Engineer
• Comprehensive understanding of computer internal architecture and *NIX operating systems
• Demonstrated ability to develop production-grade distributed and scalable services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, build, and manage complex computing systems for operational strategies
• Provide technical leadership and mentor others in technology evaluations and designs
• Understand and communicate nonfunctional requirements (security, reliability, scalability, maintainability)
• Become subject matter expert on Netskope products and infrastructure to improve reliability and scalability
• Act as technical and agile lead for projects spanning multiple areas and teams
