You'll serve as the primary Sabre subject matter expert for a luxury aviation company, ensuring booking accuracy while guiding the concierge team through complex ticketing workflows. Your core impact is setting the standard for technical excellence in guest reservations and delivering white-glove service to high-end travelers. This role uniquely blends hospitality with GDS mastery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot GDS errors and complex PNR issues as Sabre expert.
• Calculate exchanges, refunds, and fare constructions with accuracy.
• Handle reissues, voids, and refunds to ensure booking integrity.
• Provide personalized guest support via phone, email, and chat.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years hands-on experience in Sabre or similar GDS.
• Proficient in native GDS commands for complex pricing.
• Experience in a Help Desk role within travel or airline industry.
• Ability to work remote and flexible PST shifts including weekends.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Zendesk or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Darwin system.
• Background in luxury hospitality.
