Description

You will perform advanced administrative duties related to title management, including following up on title issues, training lower-level staff, maintaining relationships with dealers, and ensuring compliance with state titling laws. This role supports the title management team by working through reports, answering customer questions, and acting as a backup for key processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years in vehicle title management
• Minimum two years in auto finance or installment loan with title focus
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain follow-up with dealerships for lien perfection documents
• Establish relationships with sales team and dealer network
• Administer title processes and lien perfection follow-up
• Field inbound/outbound communications and answer title-related questions
• Create job aids for team processes
