Description
You will serve as the single point of contact for customer technical issues, owning escalations from problem identification to resolution. You will drive system uptime improvements, manage non-conformances, and support new product introductions and continuous improvement projects. Your work ensures ASM's advanced semiconductor equipment delivers peak performance at customer sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field
- Business level Japanese and English ability
- Strong system-level understanding of hardware, software, and process integration
- Experience in semiconductor equipment support or field engineering roles
- Proven ability to manage customer escalations and work in high-pressure environments
Responsibilities
- Act as single point of contact for customer technical issues and escalations
- Lead cross-functional task forces to resolve critical issues
- Drive continuous improvement of system uptime and performance using data-driven methodologies
- Manage Non-Conformances and lead 8D reports for critical issues
- Support NPI and CIP activities from a customer and field implementation perspective
