Description
You will pioneer Parloa's entry into the Central Eastern Europe market, building pipeline and establishing relationships with enterprise prospects. You'll collaborate with sales teams to create scalable revenue processes and act as the voice of the region internally.
Requirements
- 2+ years relevant experience in SaaS, VC, or consulting
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in Polish/Turkish and English
- Coachability and resilience
Responsibilities
- Pioneer Parloa's Central Eastern Europe market entry by identifying and engaging enterprise prospects
- Generate and own an outbound pipeline using data-driven outreach strategies
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build scalable revenue processes for the region
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects, positioning Parloa as a trusted partner
- Refine messaging and outreach based on market dynamics
