You'll design, build, and operate scalable backend services and platform systems powering AI-driven products. You'll own critical infrastructure supporting reliability and performance across multiple product lines. This role offers broad technical exposure across APIs, data services, and LLM-based systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and operate scalable backend services and platform systems.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives including design, implementation, and operational ownership.
• Improve reliability and operational excellence for mission-critical systems.
• Contribute to internal LLM infrastructure and build AI-powered internal tools.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years backend software engineering experience with scalable production systems.
• Python (Django) and/or Go expertise with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Experience with distributed systems including Kafka, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
• Proven experience with SLOs, on-call rotations, and incident response.

• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or inference systems.
• Prior experience mentoring engineers or acting in a technical leadership capacity.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
