Description

You will lead and execute the growth strategy for Nift in EMEA, owning all commercial development for partners and advertisers. This hands-on role involves building C-suite relationships, driving revenue, and scaling the business before hiring a team. You'll represent the company at industry events and work cross-functionally to align regional needs.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of post-university sales experience with track record of meeting quotas
  • Experience selling performance marketing or ad-tech solutions, ideally at startup
  • Proven success building customers and revenue in EMEA for ad-tech company
  • Results-driven with strong focus on outcomes and exceeding aggressive targets
  • Ownership mindset, proactive and self-motivated

Responsibilities

  • Drive expansion across priority EMEA markets
  • Build and maintain C-suite and VP relationships with enterprise partners and advertisers
  • Develop and implement scalable go-to-market and account strategies
  • Identify and establish strategic indirect channels and partnerships
  • Represent the company at industry events and thought leadership opportunities
