🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach managers on performance, career development, and conflict resolution
• Advise on HR policies and ensure legal compliance
• Support talent management initiatives and cyclical programs
• Analyze people data to identify process gaps and trends

📋 Requirements

• 4-8 years of HR experience including 3 years client-facing
• Experience advising managers on performance management and employee relations
• Working knowledge of US employment legislation
• Strong analytical skills using data to develop solutions
