π― What You'll Do
- Coach managers on performance, career development, and conflict resolution
- Advise on HR policies and ensure legal compliance
- Support talent management initiatives and cyclical programs
- Analyze people data to identify process gaps and trends
π Requirements
- 4-8 years of HR experience including 3 years client-facing
- Experience advising managers on performance management and employee relations
- Working knowledge of US employment legislation
- Strong analytical skills using data to develop solutions

- Experience in a rapidly growing technology company
