- Greet customers warmly both in person and over the phone
- Manage customer communications and route urgent medical calls
- Resolve concerns and anticipate potential issues proactively
- Process payments accurately while protecting sensitive information

- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
