💼 About This Role

You'll design and build AI-powered product experiences on a Rails and React stack for Fleetio's fleet management platform. You'll partner with Product and Design to translate ambiguous opportunities into experiments that reduce manual work and surface insights for customers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and iterate on AI-powered product features across Rails and React.
• Build high-quality front-end experiences using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind.
• Work across the stack, including Rails APIs, databases, and AI integration points.
• Prototype quickly and help the team decide on approach through experiments.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience with Ruby on Rails
• 5+ years experience with ReactJS and TypeScript
• High comfort level with HTML and CSS for dynamic UX
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and relational databases

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building AI features with LLM APIs and prompt engineering
• Experience with observability, feature flags, or A/B testing
• Familiarity with TailwindCSS
