💼 About This Role

You'll oversee inventory receiving and compliance for a cannabis dispensary, ensuring smooth daily operations and audit readiness. You'll manage inventory teams and collaborate with store leadership to drive operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee inventory initiatives and ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
• Ensure store is audit compliant and achieves acceptable scores
• Train managers and employees on operational standards using SOPs and compliance audits
• Manage performance, coach, and discipline team members in partnership with GM and HR

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age (or per state regulations)
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail
• Minimum 4 years retail experience including front end and/or inventory
• Skilled in Google and/or Microsoft Office Suite

• Bachelor's Degree in business, operations management, or related field
• Store management experience
• 1 year PharmaCann supervisory experience
