💼 About This Role

You'll be Allium's first designer, owning the product design for complex data workflows and building the design system from scratch. You'll turn messy blockchain data into intuitive, high-fidelity dashboards and visualizations for sophisticated users in finance and crypto. This role offers real ownership and the chance to define the design culture at a company that powers institutional onchain finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product design for data-dense analytics workflows
• Craft high-fidelity data visualizations for on-chain behavior
• Build Allium's first design system from scratch
• Prototype novel interaction models for blockchain data exploration

📋 Requirements

• Product design experience with complex data-heavy interfaces
• Data visualization expertise with charts, dashboards, and exploration tools
• Design systems building from scratch at scale
• Technical domain comfort with blockchain or financial data

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with crypto or blockchain data
• History as a founding or first designer at a startup
• Knowledge of SQL or query-based analytics tools
