As a Psychiatrist at BlueSky Telepsych, you will provide high-quality telepsychiatry services from home with flexible hours. You'll have the autonomy to make clinical decisions without corporate interference, supervise APNs for additional income, and collaborate with therapists in a team-based format. This role is ideal for a clinician dedicated to evidence-based care and a conservative prescribing style.

Requirements

• Clean and unrestricted medical license
• Positive, non-judgmental attitude toward patients
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Significant experience as a Psychiatrist preferred
• Excellent patient-relation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical medication management via telehealth
• Supervise evidence-based Nurse Practitioners at $300/APN/month
• Collaborate with therapists in team-based care
• Attend monthly team meetings for case discussions
• Maintain patient-centered, non-judgmental approach
