💼 About This Role

You'll join a next-generation defense tech company to drive manufacturing initiatives for AI-enabled hardware platforms. You'll touch the entire process from DFM through manufacturing ramp to testing and validation. This role offers hands-on impact on drone production and process innovation in a cutting-edge field.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and document process parameters, SOPs, and quality control standards.
• Resolve issues related to electromechanical assemblies and validation.
• Mentor technicians and guide engineering practices for defense manufacturing.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain for manufacturability and scalability.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electronics, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in avionics, drone, or electronics integration in aerospace.
• Familiarity with PCBA and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with drone/robotics manufacturing.
• Proficiency with Altium PCB layout tools.
• Knowledge of AS9100D or NADCAP requirements.
