🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end US onboarding and offboarding, including contract execution and I-9 verification
• Coordinate US payroll data entry and benefits administration with vendors
• Support visa and immigration tracking and legal coordination
• Refine US-specific Standard Operating Procedures for scalability

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or administrative coordination
• Familiarity with US employment basics including I-9 requirements and payroll cycles
• Proven track record of managing high-volume data entry with zero errors
• Excellent verbal and written English skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with modern HRIS platforms like BambooHR, Rippling, or Deel
• Exposure to US immigration types such as H-1B, L-1, O-1
• Basic understanding of managing employees across multiple US states
