🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise on-site MEP construction activities for direct hires and subcontractors
• Perform inspections on materials, equipment, and installations for compliance
• Develop and implement execution plans including schedules and logistics
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and quality control inspections

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of field experience in MEP systems
• Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and codes
• Proficiency in construction management software like Procore or Primavera
• Experience overseeing large-scale base building projects with multiple stakeholders
