💼 About This Role

You'll join One Medical to document medical visits accurately and prep patient charts, helping providers deliver excellent care. Your work directly reduces errors and improves the patient experience. This role offers a supportive team environment at a company transforming healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare patient charts and accompany providers to transcribe visit notes
• Transcribe orders for lab tests, radiology, medications, etc.
• Work through provider's task queue including patient messages and action items
• Spot and correct inconsistencies in medical documentation

📋 Requirements

• At least 6 months of Medical Scribe experience
• Strong written communication skills and knowledge of medical terminology
• High comfort level typing and using multiple software systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working in collaborative, feedback-driven teams
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems
