💼 About This Role

You'll design, automate, and optimize the systems powering our pipeline, sales motion, and GTM execution as the technical architect of Liatrio's revenue engine. Your core impact is building AI-powered workflows that give our BDRs and AEs better intelligence, and creating real-time dashboards for leadership pipeline visibility. This role is unique for its focus on shipping fast and iterating across cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain automated workflows for prospecting, lead scoring, and routing
• Build and optimize integrations across GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Clay, ZoomInfo)
• Develop AI-powered workflows for account research and contact enrichment
• Build real-time dashboards and reporting infrastructure for pipeline visibility

📋 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or JavaScript for data manipulation and API integrations
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and webhooks
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation platforms like Make or n8n
• CRM fluency with HubSpot (object model, not just UI)
