You'll join Samsara's frontline Technical Support team, providing exceptional technical assistance across phone, chat, and email to help customers resolve complex issues with IoT and cloud technologies. Your core impact will be ensuring customers get the most out of Samsara's platform while collaborating with global teammates to deliver a world-class experience. This remote role offers the chance to work with a high-caliber team transforming physical operations industries.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as initial technical point of contact for customer issues via web, phone, chat, and email
- Provide in-depth troubleshooting for SaaS, hardware, and integrations
- Contribute to knowledge base and mentor junior agents
- Proactively identify trends to influence product improvements
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 4-6 years equivalent experience
- 3+ years in technical product support or specialist role (SaaS/IoT/networking preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS) and cloud architectures
