💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day billing operations, cash application, and collections support for Fivetran's India team. You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate invoices and timely payment reconciliation, improving cash velocity. This role requires working night shifts (9:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST through 2026) and is remote based near Bengaluru.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute daily billing cycles and generate invoices in ERP.
• Process billing adjustments, credit/debit memos, and chargebacks.
• Apply high volumes of customer payments and reconcile to bank statements.
• Perform outbound collections activities and dunning notices.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3 years' hands-on experience in billing, AR, or collections.
• Basic familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (vlookups, pivot tables).
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Exposure to BPO operations or cross-geography knowledge-transfer.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira, Zendesk) and basic SQL.
