You'll serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior leaders within a global live entertainment company. You'll drive employee engagement and retention through strategic people solutions. This role offers the chance to impact organizational effectiveness in a dynamic environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day consultative HR guidance on employee relations and performance management.
• Lead onboarding, talent development, and offboarding processes for assigned client group.
• Partner with Compensation on salary, job leveling, and pay equity matters.
• Analyze HR data from surveys and exit interviews to identify trends and risks.

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology.
• 5-7 years experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience with multiple HR disciplines including compensation, employee relations, and employment laws.
• Experience with HR Information Systems (UKG, Workday, ADP, PeopleSoft).

• Experience with Talent Management Systems (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors).
• Entertainment industry experience.
