Description

You will coordinate Planet's impact programs, build trusted relationships with partners in food security, conservation, and humanitarian sectors, and ensure successful delivery of engagements. Your work directly supports Planet's mission to use satellite data for social and environmental good.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in customer support/engagement or related field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Good working knowledge of satellite remote sensing, GIS, geospatial products
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with international partners and internal teams
• Experience in environmental stewardship, food security, livelihood improvement

Responsibilities

• Coordinate impact programs and special projects with excellence
• Demonstrate potential of Planet products to partners and stakeholders
• Onboard and orient new impact partners and customers
• Build long-lasting, trusted relationships with partners and customers
• Assist partners in expanding usage of products in food security, conservation, etc.
