Description

As the PM for Store Operations, you'll steward our flagship store ordering product, used by tens of thousands of grocery departments nationwide. You'll own the roadmap, prioritize features, and maximize impact on reducing food waste, working closely with product design, ML engineers, and mobile/full-stack engineers.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a PM shipping customer-facing software in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of improving an in-market product, balancing bugs and tech debt with new value
• Technical fluency: understand web app/mobile architecture, read API specs, write basic SQL or 1 programming language
• Analytical decision-making: define useful metrics, synthesize qual/quant; A/B tests or phased rollouts a plus
• Clear communicator who writes crisp PRDs and aligns cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Steward and improve iPad Store Ordering for performance, reliability, and shrink/sales impact
• Own roadmap and prioritization balancing customer commitments, tech debt, and new value
• Partner with Data and ML to monitor and evolve forecasting and ordering policies
• Lead cross-functional delivery and change management for multi-chain rollouts
• Ensure reliability at scale: SLAs, incident response, telemetry, alerting, on-call playbooks
