You'll provide speech therapy services to adult and geriatric clients in their homes across Nassau County, FL. You'll make a direct impact on clients' independence and quality of life through comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans. This role offers flexible schedules and the support of a caring, values-driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct home visits for speech, language, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety
• Document patient care using electronic medical records on a tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in FL
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA or equivalent
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred
