You'll own the end-to-end clinical recruitment process for a rapidly growing senior mental health platform. Your core impact is scaling our clinical team by sourcing and hiring exceptional therapists passionate about serving older adults. You'll build new recruitment channels and innovate on systems to improve our hiring pipeline.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own clinician recruitment from application through offer signed and activation
• Attract and identify exceptional clinical talent using high EQ and IQ
• Provide a 5-star clinician experience throughout their hiring journey
• Manage recruitment pipelines and build new channels using Ashby

📋 Requirements

• Relationship-building and deep empathy for therapists
• Interviewing and meeting many candidates daily
• Human-centered approach with delightful experiences for clinicians
• Organized and proactive with candidate data across Ashby and LinkedIn
