You'll lead cross-sell and upsell strategy for a fast-growing SaaS platform, personally owning relationships with the top 50 strategic accounts while coaching a team of Account Managers. You'll build scalable growth motions and collaborate across Marketing, Client Success, and Product to drive expansion revenue. This is a player-coach role ideal for a commercially driven leader who thrives on direct client impact and process building.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of Account Managers
- Own and expand relationships across the top 50 strategic accounts
- Design and implement scalable cross-sell and upsell playbooks
- Lead high-value quarterly business reviews and client engagement initiatives
π Requirements
- 8β12 years of experience in B2B SaaS expansion sales or account growth
- Proven experience leading high-performing commercial teams with individual revenue responsibility
- Ability to build scalable sales motions and playbooks
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management
