You'll cultivate long-term relationships with strategic enterprise customers as their trusted advisor, driving retention and revenue growth for Kaseya's IT management and cybersecurity solutions. You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure clients maximize value from their investment.

  • Manage portfolio of high-value key accounts as trusted advisor
  • Identify expansion opportunities driving upsell and cross-sell
  • Proactively manage contract renewals to ensure retention
  • Lead executive business reviews and performance reporting

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise account management or customer success
  • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar portfolios
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with executives
  • Experience building and executing strategic account plans

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
