You'll cultivate long-term relationships with strategic enterprise customers as their trusted advisor, driving retention and revenue growth for Kaseya's IT management and cybersecurity solutions. You'll partner cross-functionally to ensure clients maximize value from their investment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage portfolio of high-value key accounts as trusted advisor
- Identify expansion opportunities driving upsell and cross-sell
- Proactively manage contract renewals to ensure retention
- Lead executive business reviews and performance reporting
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise account management or customer success
- Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar portfolios
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with executives
- Experience building and executing strategic account plans

- Background in IT management or cybersecurity solutions
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology; MBA a plus
