You will own and shape the future of Ivo's infrastructure, managing customer deployments across containers, databases, and VPCs, while instrumenting the system for performance and reliability. You'll also push the DevOps frontier by building LLM-driven evals and autonomous agents, helping overworked lawyers regain their time.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape the future of the infrastructure environment
• Manage customer deployments with containers, databases, VPCs
• Instrument system for performance bottlenecks, errors, etc.
• Aggregate metrics/logs/health checks into dashboards and alerts
• Be on call and lead infrastructure incidents
• Optimize CI/CD system for speed
• Develop on-the-fly LLM evals to monitor response accuracy
• Build autonomous agents for production issue detection
