💼 About This Role

You'll proctor oral saliva-based drug screen tests in a virtual testing session for an emerging diagnostic biotech company. You'll provide excellent customer experience and resolve issues to consumer satisfaction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Proctor oral saliva-based drug screen tests in virtual sessions
• Provide remote customer service and support
• Resolve issues to consumer satisfaction within service policy
• Assist with test kit prepping, assembly, boxing, and shipping

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer facing role, preferably remote
• Strong technical acumen, 2+ years using Zoom or Microsoft Teams
• Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience with call center or virtual support
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
