You'll shape the regional campaign strategy for ShopBack, a leading shopping and rewards platform. You'll plan, coordinate, and optimize campaigns across diverse markets, working with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams. This role offers hands-on experience in regional campaigns at one of Asia's fastest-growing e-commerce and fintech platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and execute regional marketing campaigns from planning to post-campaign analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Commercial, and Product teams.
• Automate campaign workflows to enable scalable, efficient delivery.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in marketing or campaign management.
• Strong project management skills managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
• Mix of creative and analytical mindset with data dashboards and storytelling.
• Curious and proactive with ability to iterate quickly and adapt to change.
