Description

You will drive customer onboarding, adoption, and value realization for the AVX ONE platform, working closely with US-based enterprise clients to ensure they achieve their business objectives. You'll also identify upsell opportunities and manage renewals while acting as a customer advocate.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in customer-facing roles (Solutioning, Post-Sale Support, Customer Success, Project Management)
• Experience managing enterprise customer accounts
• Strong understanding of Network, PKI, Automation, Security
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• Willingness to travel to USA and Europe

Responsibilities

• Transition accounts from Pre-Sales to Customer Success
• Establish critical goals and KPIs for customer Go-live
• Conduct Quarterly Business reviews and adoption workshops
• Manage product feature requests and escalations
• Maintain ARR from assigned accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
