You'll lead sweetgreen's organic social, field marketing, and experiential efforts to build brand love and drive measurable business outcomes. Your core impact is ensuring every activation and community moment is on-brand and connected to growth. This role sits at the intersection of culture and data, reporting to senior leadership.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning organic social, field marketing, and experiential
  • Own sweetgreen's organic social strategy and community voice across all platforms
  • Build and oversee regional and field marketing functions with local activations
  • Create IRL experiences from large-scale events to intimate community moments
  • Build measurement frameworks to connect community investment to business outcomes

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8โ€“10+ years in brand marketing, community, or integrated marketing at a consumer brand
  • 3+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams
  • Deep expertise in organic social and at least two of: field/regional, community partnership, or experiential
  • Proven ability to connect community programming to business outcomes

  • Experience scaling community partnerships or ambassador programs

  • Background in building programs from the ground up
