You'll deliver enterprise-grade technical support for WordPress ecosystems at some of the world's largest brands. You'll serve as a key escalation point, performing deep troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure platform stability and operational excellence.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Deliver advanced technical support via ticketing and customer calls.
  • Debug and resolve complex WordPress issues using logs and code analysis.
  • Guide customers on best practices for scalability and security.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge base and process improvements.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • WordPress experience including themes, plugins, and WP-CLI.
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Customer-facing technical support experience.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, and Git.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with New Relic or Kibana.
  • Experience with WooCommerce or Gutenberg.
  • Knowledge of reverse proxies or enterprise WordPress hosting.
