You'll deliver enterprise-grade technical support for WordPress ecosystems at some of the world's largest brands. You'll serve as a key escalation point, performing deep troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure platform stability and operational excellence.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver advanced technical support via ticketing and customer calls.
- Debug and resolve complex WordPress issues using logs and code analysis.
- Guide customers on best practices for scalability and security.
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and process improvements.
๐ Requirements
- WordPress experience including themes, plugins, and WP-CLI.
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Customer-facing technical support experience.
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, and Git.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with New Relic or Kibana.
- Experience with WooCommerce or Gutenberg.
- Knowledge of reverse proxies or enterprise WordPress hosting.
