You'll research and acquire new clients for Rho's modern banking platform built for startups. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver frictionless finance to mid-market companies, leveraging your local network and sales expertise to drive growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and acquire new middle-market business clients
  • Build relationships to maximize retention and upsell
  • Conduct market research to identify target clients
  • Collaborate with Product, Client Success, and Sales Development

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years full-cycle B2B sales experience
  • Track record selling to SMBs/Middle-Market ($20m+ revenues)
  • Experience in cold calling and hunting new business
  • Proficient with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Experience selling business banking or credit card products
  • Deep local market network in NYC
