You'll support licensed colorists to provide a seamless guest experience at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. You'll learn services like consultations, shampooing, blowouts, and work towards promotion to Licensed Colorist. Teamwork and guest service are key as you help drive sales and grow your career.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform behind-the-chair services like shampooing, blowouts, and toner application.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail, services, and memberships.
• Ensure cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards are met.
• Learn and master color theory through Assistant Colorist to Colorist Training.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry level customer service or retail sales experience.
• Effective communication and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
