Description

You will lead sponsorship sales for LA Galaxy and Dignity Health Sports Park, securing new corporate partnerships by selling stadium, digital, and experiential assets. You'll drive high-volume outbound sales, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing multi-year agreements, and collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Sports Management or related field
  • 6-8 years experience in professional sports, agencies, premium hospitality, or major venues
  • Proven success in securing multi-year high-value sponsorships
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills; confident engaging at C-suite level
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sponsor United

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate partnerships across stadium, digital, content, hospitality, and experiential assets
  • Execute high-volume outbound sales including cold outreach, networking, and industry events
  • Lead sponsorship sales process from outreach through contract negotiation and closing multi-year agreements
  • Conduct discovery meetings to uncover brand objectives and position LA Galaxy as a strategic marketing solution
  • Maintain robust sales pipeline using CRM and prospecting platforms, providing regular revenue updates
