You will lead test strategy and quality initiatives for HP IQ's AI-powered products, developing automation frameworks and collaborating across teams to embed quality from ideation through release. Your work ensures robust, reliable, and delightful user experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software quality engineering with a proven record in complex systems
• Strong background in manual and automated testing for customer-facing applications
• Proficiency with test automation tools and scripting (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Python)
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, metrics, and test architecture design
• Experience programmatically validating product behavior and analyzing CI pipeline signals

• Design comprehensive test strategies aligned with product goals and customer experience
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed quality from ideation through release
• Define and drive key quality metrics, triage defect patterns, and surface insights
• Build tooling and infrastructure for continuous integration and scalable test coverage
