Description

You will lead a cross-functional team to unify user experience across PandaDoc's web and mobile applications, owning the experience layer of the platform. This role focuses on creating elegant, fast, and reliable experiences for customers and their recipients across mobile, web, and chat/AI touchpoints.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management and design experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong background in user experience, design systems, and collaboration products
• Proven success shipping mobile apps at scale
• Track record of improving critical flows and IA in a complex product
• Analytical and data-driven, with advocacy for usability and design polish

Responsibilities

• Lead product group spanning mobile apps, core platform (internal tooling, billing, admin, roles/permissions), design framework adoption, and critical flows UX
• Own experience layer: how customers and recipients interact with documents, collaborate, and navigate the product across web, mobile, and chat/AI
• Ensure UI kit, design system, and visual language are adopted consistently across teams
• Lead teams polishing top user journeys (create, send, sign, pay) and improving information architecture
• Inspire, mentor, and drive alignment across multiple product areas
