πΌ About This Role
You'll lead a strategic customer portfolio for a managed facilities services company, owning retention and expansion across 25+ multi-site accounts. You'll directly manage key national accounts while developing a team of Customer Success account managers, driving executive-level relationships and Vixxo's position as a trusted partner.
π― What You'll Do
- Serve as senior point of contact for 3-5 strategic national accounts
- Lead monthly business reviews and quarterly QBRs
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities across trades and geographies
- Proactively identify risks and drive corrective actions
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2-3 Customer Success account managers
π Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in customer success or enterprise sales
- 3 to 5 years managing a team of CSMs or account executives
- Demonstrated track record of net revenue retention and expansion revenue
- Proficiency in Salesforce (or comparable CRM)
β¨ Nice to Have
- Multi-site retail, QSR, C-store, or healthcare customer experience
- Familiarity with Gong or comparable conversation intelligence platform
