You will act as a trusted advisor to team leaders, guiding them through complex employee relations cases and aligning HR strategies with business goals. You'll drive employee engagement, lead change initiatives, and partner with leaders to optimize organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communication, or related field
• 4-6 years of HR experience
• 4-6 years collaborating with business management
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws
• Strong analytical, communication, and conflict resolution skills
