You'll own end-to-end programmatic development of commercial and GBS launch readiness programs driving revenue at Stripe. You'll drive cross-organizational alignment and support first-of-their-kind commercialization efforts. This role requires program management and commercial experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional commercial programs with Stripe-wide impact.
- Support commercial program deal motion with pricing and deal strategists.
- Partner with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to launch programs.
- Identify systemic issues and propose holistic solutions.
π Requirements
- Demonstrated program management ownership of large-scale initiatives.
- Experience with commercial constructs and pricing frameworks.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex programmatic problems at scale.
