💼 About This Role

You'll join Hudson River Trading's Systems team to maintain and optimize the fast, reliable infrastructure that powers global trading. You'll tackle diverse technical challenges that directly impact live trading and research operations by installing/configuring hardware, monitoring performance, and automating tasks. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge systems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and configure Linux server hardware and software.
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripts and configuration tools.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with network and data center teams for deployments.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with Linux systems (especially Debian).
• Proficiency in Python for automation and integration.
• Experience with Shell scripting (bash or similar).
• Hands-on with configuration management tools like SaltStack or Ansible.

• Cloud experience in AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with trading production environments.
