💼 About This Role

You'll ensure Time & Attendance systems are designed and implemented in line with statutory requirements across all countries. You'll build compliance into every stage of project delivery, reducing risk and supporting defensible audits. This role acts as the central compliance liaison, translating legislative requirements into clear system controls.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Embed compliance into Time & Attendance project delivery lifecycle
• Translate labor law requirements into system configuration rules
• Serve as central compliance point of contact across T&A initiatives
• Coordinate audit requests and compile compliance documentation

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience with global payroll/Time & Attendance systems (Workday Time Tracking, UKG, ADP, Ceridian Dayforce)
• Strong understanding of working time directives, overtime calculations, and statutory record-keeping obligations
• Ability to interpret labor legislation and translate into operational controls
• Experience coordinating audit responses in multi-country environments
