Description

You will provide high-tech pediatric nursing care to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home, acting as an extension of the hospital care team. You'll deliver one-on-one care and train families to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• At least one year verifiable RN experience
• NICU, PICU, ICU, or home care trach/vent experience
• Competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care
• Ability to work in home or lab setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver ICU-level pediatric nursing care to clients at home
• Act as an extension of the hospital care team
• Provide extensive training to families and ongoing care team
• Care for patients one-on-one
• Ensure quality care during initial weeks of homecare
