• Concept and deliver end-to-end premium events from intimate dinners to large conferences
• Manage every detail of the guest journey from curated lists to post-event analysis
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align events with Scarlet's mission

• 5+ years of experience managing exceptional hospitality or premium brand experiences
• High emotional intelligence to navigate sophisticated AI founders and investors
• Exceptional organizational skills and bias for action
