Description

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients with Autism and other IDDs, implementing behavior therapy techniques, collecting data, and helping clients acquire skills. You'll collaborate with families and staff in clinic, home, or community settings.

Requirements

• RBT certification or willingness to pursue (paid by BAYADA)
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients following treatment plans
• Establish relationships with clients, families, and staff
• Implement behavior therapy techniques
• Document interventions and progress towards goals
• Collect behavior data as specified in client plan
