You'll handle mortgage loan inquiries, process payments, and resolve customer issues for a Great Place to Work Certified bank. You'll ensure accurate escrow analysis and regulatory compliance while supporting a team across multiple states.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer customer inquiries on loan terms, payments, and escrow
• Research and resolve loan account issues and discrepancies
• Set up and monitor Adjustable Rate Mortgages
• Modify credit reporting and coordinate complex issue resolution

📋 Requirements

• 4 or more years of related experience
• Mortgage banking or customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
