You'll lead the design and delivery of SaaS products powered by data, ML, and AI as a senior technical owner. You'll ship high-quality features end-to-end, integrate ML/AI into customer workflows, and raise engineering standards. This role offers hands-on impact mentoring senior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams at a high-growth company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own architecture and technical direction for key product areas.
• Design and build backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL/gRPC).
• Partner with data scientists to embed ML/AI capabilities into the product.
• Champion operational excellence with monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience shipping data/ML/AI powered SaaS products.
• Strong proficiency with a backend stack like Node.js/TypeScript or Java/Go/Rust.
• Proficiency with Python and data analysis/modeling tools.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containers.
• Familiarity with ML model deployment and guardrails.
