Description

You will lead global risk teams, owning hands-on execution of underwriting, fraud prevention, credit risk, and merchant monitoring. Use AI tools and data-driven frameworks to scale controls while ensuring a best-in-class merchant experience and supporting rapid growth.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years in risk management (underwriting, fraud, credit) within payments, acquiring, or PSPs
• Experience leading risk execution in high-growth, multi-market environments
• Proven experience managing global teams (5+ FTE)
• Deep understanding of merchant acquiring, payment flows, and risk frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset with data models, dashboards, AI tools, and automation platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of risk specialists
• Own day-to-day execution of underwriting, fraud prevention, credit risk, and merchant monitoring
• Leverage AI tools and analytics to enhance decision-making and scalability
• Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards to inform action
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Compliance teams to implement risk requirements
