🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver small tools and features with team support.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineers.
• Learn to use AI agents for coding and testing.
• Improve internal agent networks and workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of software development experience with real projects.
• Value autonomy over stability and process.
• Think in problems and outcomes, not tickets.
• Curious about AI and excited to work with agents.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Go, Next.js, or Swift/Kotlin.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS.
